Good luck with your scarf! You still have a couple of months before it's spring :)Kimhttp://Revesmecanique.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-817276844735401269.post-78358252101342708042014-01-03T17:27:06.885+01:002014-01-03T17:27:06.885+01:00The scarf is still not finished... The fabrics are gorgeous and I always try to look for fabrics that are made in Spain or Italy or somewhere else where you can be sure the workers get a fair wage, but it's not really very easy...Wendynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-817276844735401269.post-46341917225492329592013-12-30T16:38:29.172+01:002013-12-30T16:38:29.172+01:00Thanks! Ooh a wool/silk blend sounds really good to me too!Kimhttp://Revesmecanique.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-817276844735401269.post-47759445217389374932013-12-18T19:53:21.387+01:002013-12-18T19:53:21.387+01:00The sweater looks great! I don't see sweater projects in my near future.<br />The bali fabrics are gorgeous! And it is übercool that they are naturally dyed and fair trade!Wendynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-817276844735401269.post-37463491069422299112013-12-18T17:14:07.614+01:002013-12-18T17:14:07.614+01:00What a great slouchy sweater! I think I'd have given up, a bit lazy like that :) I just finished a knitted lace striped tee as it's summer here in Oz. I knit it in a cotton acrylic blend and was soooooo surprised by how awesomely cottony and squishy it feels. I find 100% wool itchy and Sydney winters are mild, so wool/cotton or wool/silk blends are just right for winter. Can't wait to see what you bought, those textiles are divine!SewJillianhttp://www.sewunravelled.com/noreply@blogger.com
